The new campus for Institute of Management Studies is proposed to be constructed in Ghaziabad Sector- __ on National Highway __. The area of the site was 3.92 acres. Ghaziabad is a growing city with a potential to undergo massive development. The client envisaged to create a state-of-the-art campus for their students.

With an aim of being one of the finest campuses in the country, the project also sets out to create an environment where students can intermingle and establish an environment of learning, where the exchange of knowledge is not limited within the walls of a lecture room.

The master plan  of the institute has been conscientiously planned in such a way that the vehicular and the pedestrian movement are segregated. This provides a healthy and safe environment for the teachers and the learners.

The linear shape of the site posed a great challenge in accommodating the functional requirements.  Hence, each zone of the institute has been divided as per the functions and sequentially placed on the site for independent  operation.

The brief also demanded residential hostels for the students which have been designed and placed on the site in such a way that it remains functionally and visually connected to the rest of the campus without compromising the privacy of the residents.
